He is already going to get stopped by the first round he can't kill Gandorf but he is a master of dark magic and magic is one of the things he isn't resistent to, His blood lust would make it easy for Mewtwo to just turn his brain into mush effectively rendering the threat he posses as void.
if he how ever would somehow beat the first round
he owns round 2 and 3 do to him beating he-man before and Godzilla not being all that strong really
Round 4 would going with just base superman be his undoing for sure given his energy source can he never exceed the power of all yellow stars in the universe combined and even than would he need time to gain this power issue is both SSB and SS4 Vegeta could crush the universe making him way to strong for superman.
5 would be hard because I don't know Barrys limits.
6 Given his vulnerability to magic could this be an issue again
7 Spawn no question Superman can't kill him and his helpless to his magic.
