Yamcha is like third strongest human on earth who try to defend innocent lives from highly powerful aliens like Frieza,Androids like Cell and many more by variety of ki moves,martial arts & etc.

while

Dan Hibiki is a idiot who can't even beaten up a random school girl called sakura,sucked at martial arts and failed at making good chi energy attacks

Whole Yamcha is weak,shit tier,killed himself and can be easily beaten by anyone gotten very unfunny and isn't true at all.

Sure he ain't like Goku's random transformation level and Vegeta's pride but still a very strong yet underrated super powered human in general.
